LiquaCel® Frozen Protein Cubes

Directions

  • Pour 4 oz of LiquaCel® into about 9 oz of water (The amount of water depends on the size of the ice cube tray)
  • Stir and then pour into the tray and freeze for 3-5 hours
  • Halfway through the freezing process place toothpicks in the middle of each cube for ease of use consumption once frozen and removal for the ice cube tray
  • Once cubes are frozen remove from tray and enjoy!

14 cube ice tray yields 64g of protein, 4.57g of protein per cube
