In the event that an error was made in the processing or shipping of your order, we will gladly arrange for a pickup at no charge and re-ship the correct items or credit your account. Please contact Customer Service within 5 business days of receiving your order to obtain a pre-paid Return Authorization Tag.
Our Safety Policy
To ensure the safety and integrity of our nutritional supplements for all customers, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges. Once a product has left our controlled environment, we cannot guarantee its storage conditions; therefore, we cannot restock or resell items once they have been delivered.
