Retail Return Policy

Products being returned must have a minimum of 6 months remaining on the expiration date and unopened.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Global Health Products. Once product is received and we determine the condition of the product is acceptable, credit will be issued to customer’s credit card.
  • All products have two (2) year expiration on unopened bottles and packets.  Global Health will not take back any expired product. Global Health will not issue credit for expired product.
  • In the event that an error was made in the processing or the shipping of an order, we will gladly pick up the items at no charge and re-ship the proper items or credit your account upon receipt of the improperly shipped items.  Please contact customer service within 5 business days from receipt of the order for a pre-paid Return Authorization Tag.
  • All unexpected returns will not be accepted.  All returns will be subject to our approval based on inspection of the product and its expiration date where applicable. We will not accept open bottles, cans or packets but will accept products that are sealed and unopened.
