I just opened the sample pack, utilizing the ketchup first. It’s very thick. All in all it has good flavor. Down side..it’s VERY sweet. It looks like BBQ sauce. So much so that I had to double check that I opened the packet that I had intended. So if you like sweet ketchup, you’re gonna love this. I’m going to try to add some lemon juice and salt, to thin it out and cut the sweetness. It may be great as a glaze for say, meatloaf or salmon..things if that nature. I haven’t opened the other condiments yet. I just hope they aren’t as sweet as this is because I need the added protein.

Finally opened the bbq sauce. As with the ketchup, it is very sweet. If you like sweets over savory, you may like this. I ended up doctoring it up by adding mustard and some vinegar. Fixed up like this, it’s almost as good am my homemade.
